ISMAR SF 1000 "Sauer Fritz" sourdough fermenter with approx. 1,000 litre bowl, completely made of stainless steel, with stirrer, and extraction pump and digital control. 380 V, 3 phases, approx. 1.5 kW (stirrer) or approx. 0.5 kW (pump), year of construction 1994, in bakery condition, ready for operation. The unit stands on 4 nevelling feet and can be moved by a lift truck.
